The Volkswagen Jetta has been a popular sedan for decades thanks to its perfect combination of style, quality, performance, and value.
The Jetta is a four-door sedan with a spacious, two-row cabin that comfortably seats up to five people. Refreshed for 2025, the Jetta and the sport-tuned Jetta GLI received refined exterior styling, new interior décor, and more technology. Perhaps most impressively is the lower starting price than the outgoing 2024 model. The new Jetta comes with a starting MSRP of just $21,995.
The 2025 Volkswagen Jetta is available in five trims:
- VW Jetta S
- VW Jetta Sport
- VW Jetta SE
- VW Jetta SEL
- VW Jetta GLI
In addition to updated styling, the IQ.DRIVE safety system comes standard on all 2025 Jetta and Jetta GLI models. This system uses front and rear radar, a front camera, and several ultrasound sensors to collect data from the surrounding area, giving you more confidence and comfort behind the wheel.

2025 Volkswagen Jetta GLI Updates
The GLI is the more powerful and performance-focused sedan in the Jetta family. In 2025, it will only be offered in one fully loaded trim: the Autobahn.
